Empowerer
Dr. Natasha Josefowitz has spent her life as an educator and empowerer of women. She taught the first course in the U.S. for women in management at the University of New Hampshire. Her book, Paths to Power: A Woman's Guide from First Job to Top Executive became a bestseller. She worked as a consultant to government and to for-profit and non-profit organizations to help women enter male-dominated workplaces. In her eighties, she focused on how men and women grieve and heal differently, taking a new approach to the different states of grief. Her book, Living Without the One You Cannot Live Without, reflects her research and personal experiences on the subject. Dr. Josefowitz is also the best-selling and award-winning author of twenty business and poetry books. Her 2018 collaboration with businessman Irwin Zahn encapsulated her awareness of discrepancies between men and women in the workplace. He Writes, She Writes--A Dialogue of Contrasting Views Written in Verse offered their perspectives as they revealed themselves through poetry.
